Red wine may diminish the effects of age-related macular degeneration. Since wine makes us feel good, this seems like a no-brainer, but a Spanish study from 2013 appears to prove what we’ve long suspected to be true: moderate wine drinkers (between 2 and 7 glasses per week) were less likely to suffer from depression. Shocking, right? Well, now it’s backed up by science!
