Founder Carl Dinkelacker would be proud of our bottom-fermented and noble-sour beer with a clear hop note. In his honor, it still bears his initials in the name. But our greatest pride is our master brewers. Thanks to them, this very special mushroom specialty tastes better today than ever before. Her recipe for success: a lot of passion, the best regional ingredients and of course the very special Dinkelacker brewing process. The fresh scent and the floral hop bitterness are created by the finest Tettnang hops, which can perfectly develop its taste characteristics in the mild Lake Constance climate. The selected malts and our fresh brewing water give the beer the unique characteristics that make our CD Pils unique to this day.
