From a stellar Napa Valley vintage, our Cabernet Sauvignon shows great breed with richly concentrated notes of black currant and a touch of black pepper on the nose. This is a full-bodied Cab blended with 11% Merlot and 7% Petite Verdot for added complexity. The palate exhibits a complex and layered black fruit flavor profile accented by a touch of red berries with a lush mouthfeel and firm tannins that lead on to a long and layered finish. This is a wine that will pair well with a variety of beef preparations and literally screams for a charred rare steak.
